Determinism of admission

A transition is admitted if and only if it is proved. There is no gas exhaustion mid-flight, no dependence on the state the moment execution happened to run, and no execution environment for behaviour to vary with. Validity is a property of the transaction as a mathematical object, decided before submission and checked identically by everyone. What the author proved is what the chain enforced, and both are the predicate the author wrote.
