The claim, and its axis

The performance claim of this project is the prover envelope: how long proving takes, how much memory it needs, and what hardware it runs on. Those three quantities decide who can

participate in a proof-carrying system, which is why they are the axis. This page makes no proof size claim, in any direction. The public tables carry a serialized-size column for every row; readers who want it have it, and this documentation leaves that column to the record.
